HTC has been under pressure to update the HTC One, which comes with Android 4.1.2 out of the box as compared to the Samsung Galaxy S4 was preloaded with Android 4.2.2 straightaway. Android 4.2 is actually not a massive upgrade over Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, but it comes with certain new features including lock screen widgets, stock gesture-enhanced keyboard, Quick Settings in notifications, but there is no such significant improvement like  that happened in case of Android 4.1 over its predecessor.

The HTC One includes a 4.7-inch Super LCD 3 display supporting full 1080p HD resolution natively. The display has pixel density of 469 pixels per inch and 1080×1920 resolution. HTC One has an anodised aluminum body. Inside its 9.3 mm thick chassis, this handset has a quad-core 1.7 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 APQ8064T mobile processor with 2 GB RAM.

Similar to the recently launched facebook Home this device also has a social network plug-in the heart of the phone.With the instant messaging feature of WhatsApp you are able to chat directly from the address book with your contacts. There are also many chat notifications that pop up when you are not online. This makes it easy for you to access the messages easily.

You will find that this phone will be available in many vibrant colors. The color choice that you have is black, pink, white, yellow, and turquoise. This new device from Nokia is an overlap one between feature and smart phones. Now there is bad news for mobile users who do not have the latest version of the OS of Microsoft. The BBC has made an announcement that the above App will only be functional for users who have the Windows Phone 8 platform only. This App will not be supported for phones that are running on the 7.5 Platform despite its promise that it will be available on the older versions soon. This is of course disappointing news. BBC has stated that Windows 7.5 has certain limitations and this is the reason why it cannot be available on phones that have this operating system. The BBC iPlayer is currently available on all operating systems that include the iOS, Blackberry 10 and Android.

The teaser does not have the name of the phone however the URL gives the game away. This phone is expected to have a 4.5 inch AMOLED screen along with a Pureview Camera complete with Carl Zeiss lens and a HD Video. The phone also has 4G LTE support along with the Windows Phone 8 OS. The Nokia Lumia is all set to make its debut in the USA. It will be launched on the popular network of the USA Verizon. In the UK it is anticipated that the Nokia Lumia 928 will be released in an event soon.  In fact there are other additional rumors that state that the unveiling of this phone may also be joined with another one as well. The only thing that we mobile enthusiasts can do is wait and watch for the phone to be launched and released.

When it comes to innovation the Samsung Galaxy S4 does not beat HTC One. In fact this phone has recently won an award for being one of the best looking and designed phone in the market. The metallic design of this phone is great and attractive. This device has control, style and is made of tough and durable material. The Samsung Galaxy S4 is primarily a plastic one and this is the reason why it could not overtake the power and the poise that HTC One boosted of.

This really comes as a surprise to many mobile phone lovers and critics. Samsung has been one of the most widely sought after names in the mobile market and it successfully went on to match the beauty and the innovative style of Apple’s iphone. Here HTC One has joined the league and we need to wait and watch on what Samsung does next to regain the top spot that it has lost.

Analysts believe that true iPhone 5 successor, the iPhone 5S, will release with just a few important upgrades to its processors and camera infrastructure, with “an outside chance” the device will feature near-field communication (NFC) chip for the first time. Piper Jaffray analyst Gene Munster was saying about this. Munster was quoted as, “We continue to believe Apple will have a cheaper phone product to address the emerging markets; In recent public comments, Tim Cook noted that the original iPod cost $399, and eventually the company released a $49 iPod Shuffle, which addressed a broader market. We believe Apple will likely introduce a cheaper device in the September quarter.”

There are many more reasons why Apple should simultaneously release the iPhone 5S and iPhone 6 in 2013 than against. With analysts and investors concerned with Apple’s diminishing share price, and the constant threat of rivals’ releasing better smartphones each year, the pressure is on Apple to stay competitive. Releasing a low-priced iPhone 6 to attack those emerging markets might be the key.

Now the price of this phone has not been released. It is anticipated that this phone is one that is a mid-ranged one. The best part of this phone is that it is a water resistant one. It will have a IP58 rating for water resistance. This is a higher grade that you find in the Sony Xperia Z that indicates it can be kept in water for half a meter than its flagship predecessor.

The images leaked on web also shows that this iPhone Mini will have a plastic design unlike the aluminum design in iPhone 5 which will make it cheaper. According to the images, it can be guessed that it is likely to be an all new-design with curved corners and a flat back making it look like very close to the iPod Touch. The iPhone Mini is rumored to come in five different colors viz. Black, White, Red, Blue or Yellow. Apple is likely to introduce this in October. It is being rumored that this mini version of iPhone will have the same A5 processor. It is also seen from the images that it will have a 5 mega-pixel rear-facing camera. Still there is no news about the price. A rough estimate predicts it will cost around £300 when it lands in the UK , which would put it in direct competition with the Galaxy S3 Mini.
