Windows Mobile 6.5 phones – full list!

windows mobile 6.5 phonesToday Microsoft has unveiled all the devices which were promised to come with Windows Mobile 6.5 in near future, including some WM 6.1 handsets that will be upgraded to the new version of the mobile OS.

In the US customers will be able to buy the following phones starting October 11: HTC Pure and Tilt2 via AT&T, HTC Imagio via Verizon, Samsung Intrepid via Sprint. Customers from Latin America will also get the opportunity to buy Windows Mobile 6.5, as TIM Brasil will launch the Samsung Omnia II in the coming weeks.

Here’s the list with WM 6.5 devices that will come to Europe:

* HTC HD2 will be available in the coming weeks via Orange France
* MDA Vario V, MDA Compact V, HTC Touch2 and Samsung Omnia II via Deutsche Telekom (T-Mobile)
* HTC Touch2 from Orange will be available in France, Spain, Switzerland and Romania
* Samsung Omnia II from Orange – in Poland, Switzerland, Slovakia and France
* Samsung Omnia LITE from Orange France and Spain
* Samsung Omnia PRO B7320 from Orange France and UK
* Toshiba TG01 W from Orange coming in the next few weeks to France, the UK, Switzerland and Romania
* LG GM750 and Samsung Omnia II from SFR in France
* TMN Bluebelt 2 and TMN Silverbelt (both made by ZTE) from TMN in Portugal
* Samsung Omnia II and Omnia LITE from TMN in Portugal
* HTC Touch Diamond2 in Germany, Spain, the Netherlands, Australia and South Africa via Vodafone
* HTC Touch Pro2 in the UK and Switzerland via Vodafone
* LG GM750 in Germany, UK, Spain and Netherlands via Vodafone

Customers from Asia will be able to buy the ZTE X60 from China unicom, while Telstra Australia will launch the HTC Touch Diamond2.

* Acer neoTouch, beTouch E100, beTouch E101 and beTouch E200
* Garmin-ASUS nüvifone M20
* HTC Snap, HTC Touch Pro2, HTC Touch Diamond2 and HTC Touch2
* LG GM730 and LG GM550
* Samsung Omnia II, Omnia PRO B7320 and Omnia PRO B7330

All Windows Mobile 6.5 handsets will come with Windows Marketplace for Mobile and Microsoft My Phone.
