If we look close into the leaked roadmap of Toshiba products in 2010, the company will pay much attention to devices, based on platform Snapdragon. We’ve already seen Toshiba TG01 at MWC 09 with WinMo 6.5 and 1Ghz powerful heart.
His successor TG02 (expected in IV quarter of this year) will have almost identical to the predecessor specs, except of beeing water-resistant. In even more distant plans is Toshiba TG03 with three-channel speakers to support multimedia capabilities.
Also in the 4th quarter is scheduled to release Toshiba K01 – a QWERTY slider with a capacitive touch screen. In 2010, is scheduled release of Toshiba K02 – a clamshell with an internal 3.5″ touchscreen and full keyboard.
Another promising device is likely to be Toshiba L01 – with a 7″ screen, referring, apparently, to the class of MID or internet tablets. Such a product was demonstrated in January at CES.
However, it seems that the basic operating system for all this smartphones will be Windows Mobile 6.5.
