Motorola has launched something exclusive for Star Wars fans and that is the Motorola Droid 2 with the central theme of the cute robot of Star Wars R2D2. This robot has been the inspiration for the novel Motorola handset whose design looks more or less like R2D2. This phone is going to launched on September 30th and the dummy pieces of the handset have already hit prominent Verizon stores. This is very encouraging for those who want to catch a glimpse of the design though it is not as promising as the original piece.
