European mobile operator Vodafone presented 8 new mobile phones (though 3 of them are variations of already known model of Vodafone 533). Among them are models from budget phones to fully functional ones, with touch screen. There are also women’s devices with crystals and ornaments.

Vodafone 340: this model is designed for 2,5 G networks, equipped with 1.8-inch display, VGA-camera and FM-radio – the cheapest cameraphone in the line. Supports MMS, e-mail and Opera Mini web browser. Vodafone 340 will be available in black with removable white and pink rear panels.

Vodafone 533: slider with 1.3-megapixel camera, FM-radio, MP3-player, wireless Bluetooth adapter and a slot for memory cards. Available in multiple designs, comprising Catwalk collection: Crystal – with Swarovski crystals, Lady – with artist Tomek Sadurski’s painting and Red – metallic red model.


Vodafone 540: a mid-level device with rounded corners, which will be offered primarily on prepaid basis. Among the features of this phone are – 2-inch display, 2-megapixel camera, FM-radio, MP3 and AAC music player, Opera Mini browser, SMS, MMS and e-mail massaging.

Vodafone 541 2G Touch: another model without keyboard, with 2.4-inch touchscreen QVGA-display and finger interface support. Vodafone 541 2G Touch is equipped with a 1.3-megapixel camera, FM-radio and WAP-browser. Will be available in black and pink, and later – in white and red, and will be sold on prepaid basis too.

Vodafone 840 3G Touch: a more functional phone with touchscreen and no keyboard. Among it’s specifications – 2.8-inch touchscreen QVGA-display with a tactile interface, 2-megapixel camera, music player and support of 3G networks. Will be available in silver-sandy, later white and pink panels.

Vodafone 1240: QWERTY-piece with a horizontal QVGA-display (262K colors), 2-megapixel camera and support of 3G/HSDPA networks. Vodafone 1240 is available in black.
