However, the name of the device is not clear yet: previously it was rumored as Rachel, Xperia X3 and recently we heard that the company wants to name it XPERIA X10.

Judging from the photos, the Android phone will be named either XPERIA X10 or X3.

The official announcement of the deviceis planned on November, but but some specifications are available today: , the phone is equipped with 4″ touch screen with a 852×480 pixels resolution, Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, 1 GHz, 3G, Wi-Fi, GPS.

The customers will have an opportunity to buy the phone at the beginning of 2010.
