Susan Voysitski, the vice president of the product management department of Google, said that mobile advertising is very promising and growing industry, in which AdMob has achieved a great success.

AdMob Founder Omar Hamoui noted that the deal between the two companies will benefit all – advertisers, developers and ordinary users.

By acquiring AdMob, Google will further enhance its experience in mobile advertising. As mobile advertising continues to grow, Google will be able to offer more effective tools for creating, serving and evaluating mobile ads formats.
