Symbian and Android will not merg!

Representatives of the companies Nokia and Symbian have denied rumors that Symbian and Android operating systems in the foreseeable future will be merged. Such assumptions have appeared some time ago with from the analysts J. Gold Associates.
In such an alliance should be more interested company Google, because the new open Symbian platform undermines main advantage Android - openness to third parties. Against the backdrop of an open platform as Symbian, developers have no incentive to use Android.
Earlier, Nigel Clifford, chief managing director of Symbian, did not exclude the possibility of “more dense” collaboration with Google, but declined to identify specific prospects.
