Sony Ericsson has announced today that it’sXperia X2 is now finally official by the Swedish-Japanese company.
Sony Ericsson X2 appeared in rumors and photos so many times that we already new most of its details. It will replace X1 as Sony Ericsson’s new flagship smartphone.

SE Xperia X2 after HTC Touch2 is the second smartphone with Windows Mobile 6.5 on board – which means that it will have stuff like Microsoft Office Mobile, Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync and Internet Explorer Mobile.
The smartphone has a new SlideView feature, which offers “quick access to frequently used phone activities”.
Sony Ericsson X2 also has Xperia panels – 14 are preloaded, and other 16 are available for download. The panels include Skype, Google, Mytopia, CNN, Windows Live, games and so on.

Xperia X2 will be available starting from October 6. It will come in two color versions – Elegant Black and Modern Silver. No pricing details are reported.
