Samsung is all set to ban sales of the iphone 5 in Europe. There are reports that the Korean giant embroiled in a number of legal disputes with Apple is making an attempt to ban sales in retaliation to the copycat claims made by the latter. Apple so far has been successful in their Injunctions that have prohibited Samsung from selling the Galaxy tablet in several regions. These two brands have been fighting like cats and dogs of late. Samsung has made many attempts to overcome the injunctions that have been applied in the Netherlands and Germany.
It has been reported that Samsung is making attempts to ban the coveted iPhone in South Korea. It is claiming that the device infringes the wireless patents that it has. The corporate has a strong stand in these legal fights. There are many newspaper reports that the phone is going to be on sale next month however Apple has not yet confirmed reports of its availability. Very few specific details about the iphone 5 is also available. This stance by Samsung may delay the launch of the phone and people waiting for the iphone 5 to hit the markets may have to wait a little longer for the device to see the light of the day!
