HP is preparing to release before the end of the year a new Communicator based on Windows Mobile Professional 6.1, according to The Wall Street Journal. Czech resource iDNES says this mysterious innovation may well become leaked HP OAK, the first rumored of which appeard in beginning of the year.

According to the preliminary data, HP OAK is equipped with two keyboards – digital and side-slider QWERTY. Form factor is similar to HTC S710 (Vox), only here there is a touch-screen display. Communicator will support high-speed mobile standard HSDPA, will have a GPS module, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
No precise details of the date of release or an estimated price yet.
