This phone has turned up at Amazon and it is currently selling an unlocked version of the phone. HTC announced that Vodafone will only be selling its HTC trophy handset and the company could not confirm from where Amazon had received these cell phone units from.
It is assumed that Amazon has sourced the above units from the grey markets that is an increasing trend popular among some stores in the country. Amazon has placed a price tag of £429 on this phone. This has been intended to tempt those purchasers that do not prefer Vodafone and who are also keen to avoid £25 a month for two year contracts.
