Nokia is no longer going to have Symbian on its N-Series devices anymore and it has decided to move onto MeeGo that is a premium operating system available on the Nokia Maemo and Intel’s Moblin. This marks the end of the Symbian OS on all mobiles with the N-series tag.
Mobile lovers need not be disappointed with the above announcement as Nokia will have the Symbian OS system on its lower budget sets. According to Anssi Vanjoki, the new head of mobile devices at Nokia has officially announced that the company will no longer have the Symbian ^3 on its N-Series sets anymore but Nokia phone lovers can look forward to the Symbian ^4 that is a very strong possibility for future Nokia handsets.
