Android-smartphone Motorola Tao has been renamed to Droid and will be released by Verizon wireless.
Motorola Droid runs Android 2.0 “Eclair” OS and does not support MOTOBLUR or Verizon interfaces.
We should remind that Motorola Droid (Tao, Shules) is a QWERTY-slider with touch screen. It’s assumed that the device will be announced in 1.5-2 weeks. And in 2010 will be released another version of the smartphone with no keypad.
