TAG Heuer, the Switzerland-based luxury watch maker famous for its chronographs and sports watches, introduced the limited edition of luxury phones MERIDIIST Automobili Lamborghini as a result of the cooperation with the Italian manufacturer of high-quality cars.

It will be released only in 1,963 units, as tribute to the year Lamborghini was founded. The new handset is “housed in black titanium carbide coated 316L stainless steel” and features a Lamborghini signature on the battery cover, similar to the one on the Lamborghini Murcielago LP 640’s V12 engine block.
The MERIDIIST Automobili Lamborghini is equipped with 1.9-inch display with a resolution of QVGA, and OLED-display on the top, which can display time and date. The phone also features a 2-megapixel camera, 2 GB of internal memory and support for Bluetooth interface and USB. The supports only GSM/GPRS and provides up to 7 hours of talk time and up to 28 days of standby time.
MERIDIIST Automobili Lamborghini will go on sale in November this year. Customers will be able to buy the handset from select TAG Heuer and Lamborghini retail locations. The cost of the device have not been announced yet.
