The Chinese company ITG is going to release a mobile device called xpPhone, which is already available for pre-order on English language sites. This model is positioned as a solution that combines the capabilities of Tablet PC, media player and cell phone. In fact, this device is a Tablet PC, designed in a side slider form-factor, which supports 3G networks. One of the interesting features of xpPhone is the use of both SSD and HDD drives, as well as Windows XP.

The device has already been demonstrated at the Computex2009 exhibition and is intended for Vodafone, AT&T and Orange costomers. The exact date of the sales and the price are not yet known.
