RIM announced new service BlackBerry Mobile Voice System – BlackBerry MVS for Cisco Unified Communications Manager – an advanced version of BlackBerry MVS, optimized for use with Cisco Unified Communications Manager versions 6.1 and above.
BlackBerry MVS Server for Cisco Unified Communications Manager offers employees a more productive means of telephone communication in the office, and outside it, and organizations – the ability to manage voice services for smartphones BlackBerry.

System BlackBerry MVS, integrated with Cisco Unified Communications Manager, supports a wide range of functions for BlackBerry smartphones, including:
* A single corporate phone number not tied to the location of the caller, one caller ID (Caller ID) and a single voicemail box for your phone Cisco Unified IP Phone and Smartphone BlackBerry.
* Simultaneous or sequential indicating an incoming call, supporting up to four different devices, including smart phones and BlackBerry phones Cisco Unified IP Phone.
* Easy access to such services, telephony Cisco Unified Communications Manager, as the transfer of the call and the call to the extension, within a transparent, intuitive user interface of smartphones BlackBerry.
* Flexible switch between the BlackBerry and the number of corporate telephone line for outgoing calls.
* Ability to transfer a call without breaking the connection with the BlackBerry smartphone to a personal phone Cisco Unified IP Phone.
Features of the improved solution, created by RIM in the program for the Cisco Technology Developer (Technology Developer Program), includes deeper integration with the BlackBerry Enterprise Server service and the direct integration between the SIP-Cisco Unified Communications Manager and BlackBerry MVS. With this increased manageability, scalability and ease of deployment.
