Alcatel is preparing to release two new affordable models – Alcatel OT-707 and OT-800. Alcatel OT-707 is the first touch sceen phone from the Franch company. Diagonal of the screen is 2.3 inches and the resolution – 240×320 pixels.
Alcatel OT-707 supports GSM/GPRS (900/1800 MHz) networks, has Bluetooth, is equipped with FM-radio, MP3-player, 10 MB internal memory, 1.3-MP camera and a slot for microSD memory cards. The advantages of Alcatel OT-707 is compact and slender case (95x53x13 mm) and low, especially for a phone with touch display, price – 100 euros.
The second one – Alcatel OT-800 in general is a smartphone with bar form factor and with a QWERTY keyboard. However, it is also quite simple in terms of features and is a low-cost phone. It works in GSM/GPRS/EDGE (900/1800/1900 MHz) networks, equipped with a QVGA-display, FM-radio with RDS and a 2-MP camera.
The size of device is 111x58x14 mm. Alcatel OT-800 will cost only 95 euros.
